Three Things to Know About The Chronicles of Hero Story

1. Everyone has The Power    
   
      The Chronicles of Hero series is an action adventure fantasy written based on the idea that every human being is capable of harnessing what is considered to most as super abilities or magic power.

  There is no random gene, special suit or potion. The potential is there, it is just the ability to harness and focus inner power or an inner light that needs to be exercised.

It is an attempt to paint the picture that the origin of super powers is actually human.

People have created stories of super abilities and gods based on memories that carried over from past lives and the subconscious desire to regain control of their true nature.

This idea is inspired by religions like Christianity as well as by ancient texts like The Emerald Tablets and Corpus Hermeticum and practices such as meditation.

Many thoughts and portions of the story have also come from dreams and real life experiences, exaggerated with a touch of imagination.



2. In the past everyone  was well versed in the use of their abilities        

 In the introduction of the story the downfall of man was described. It was an event that carried across the mental, physical and spiritual plane.

This was something that The Darkness could only have accomplished during the downward swing of the universal cycle.

Under normal circumstances people could have protected themselves from the backward swing  but because of the intervention of The Darkness they were caught off guard and were destroyed.

The idea of cycles is described more in The Corpus Hermeticum and I will utilize more as the story progresses.

3. This is a write as I go story.

 Chronicles of Hero is not pre-written. There is a general idea in place, an ending and objective.  The pieces that are released were written just prior to their release and are edited be my wife and I.

Remember, its just a story written as truth and is meant to be fun. Things that I write in the story are loosely based off of the stories inspiration.

I am not recreating those inspirations exactly. I will attempt  to describe the themes and events in the story in this blog as the story is released.

I hope that you will follow along and truly hope you enjoy the experience. Feel free to comment on the blog about the story itself.
